InScribe
Saqqara publishes InScribe 2004 for Windows, a professional Word Processor for Ancient Egyptian in Hieroglyphs. A second edition InScribe 2004SE is being prepared for release to be followed by InScribe 3, a new take on the subject, sometime later. Saqqara was involved in bringing Egyptian Hieroglyphs to Unicode (official publication in Unicode 5.2 October 2009), a significant feature supported in both of these new editions.
InScribeX Web is an innovative state of the art approach to Ancient Egyptian and hieroglyphs on the Internet. Unicode 5.2 and other standards are supported. The technology preview available at www.inscribex.com (v2.03, July 2009) is primarily aimed at InScribe users but open to all. (December 19th 2009: now runs on Linux in addition to Windows and Mac).
